For MasterPeace ('Music Above Fighting’), musician Roel van Velzen, his band, and Saar Koningsberger have travelled to the east of Congo, a place that has been plagued by armed conflict for years. Together with Congolian Mayor Innoss’B Real they made a musical roadtour trough the country to support the locals, using music. The show aired on the 21st of September, the International day of Peace.
The documentary was initiated by MasterPeace, an organisation that uses music to unite people in over 40 countries.
